A year ago, I bought a small George Foreman grill at a garage sale. I had never used it, but my co-workers occasionally used it on Saturday nights on our rare picnic nights. It was used once last summer, then I put it away.

We used it again recently, and this time I decided to try using it at home. So far I’ve made hotdogs and grilled cheese. I can already see the appeal and can’t wait to try something more ambitious, like steak.
