UPDATE: Bill Ryan, a Haverhill resident and member of the Republican State Committee, will be joining the panel. Ryan is a Haverhill city councilor, a former state representative, former Haverhill mayor and former Haverhill School Committee member. He was one of the first people to say Scott Brown had a shot at defeating Martha Coakley.
