In Tuesday’s newspaper, we reported on Ariana Kershenbaum, an 11-year-old from North Andover who will be performing in Boston Symphony Hall this weekend as part of “Share the Beat.”
The event raises money for transplant research and organ donation awareness.
Ariana received a kidney transplant from an anonymous donor when she was 8.
Well, we have video of her singing “Ain’t no grave,” the classic gospel tune she will sing Saturday night. This is the video that got Ariana a spot on a star-studded line-up, which includes country star Phil Vassar, composer John Williams and Desperate Housewives actor James Denton as host.
“Share the Beat” kicks off Saturday, May 30, at 8 p.m. at Symphony Hall. For more information or to buy tickets, go to the organization’s Web site.
