Andover Town Meeting resumes tonight at 7 p.m. at the Richard Collins Field House house, located on the campus of Andover High School.
Residents only voted on 15 of 71 warrant articles during Tuesday’s opening night, so it’s expected a third night will be needed to complete the warrant.
Night three will be held at 7 p.m. at the Collins Center for the Performing Arts, also at Andover High.
