Rob Bradford has been the Red Sox beat writer for the Eagle-Tribune Publishing Co. since Nov. 2005. A native of Essex, Mass., he has covered the Red Sox for various media outlets since graduating from Springfield College in 1992. Before coming to the Eagle-Tribune, he spent the previous five years as a sports reporter for the Lowell Sun. During his time with the Sun, Rob authored the critically-acclaimed book, “Chasing Steinbrenner”, a behind-the-scenes look at the front offices of the Red Sox and Toronto Blue Jays during the 2003 season.
Rob left The Eagle-Tribune in April 2007 and is now writing for the Boston Herald.
