OK,
So Welker probably is here, but he’s just not in uniform.
Here are the rest of the Pats inactives:
Jonathan Wilhite, Darius Butler, BJGE, Jerod Mayo, Rich Orhnberger, Kendall Simmons and Prescott Burgess.
One quick thought … All three tight ends are active, including Michael Matthews, that plus the weather, plus no Welker, probably equals a grind-em-up attack for the Pats.
