Nothing has changed since 12 days ago when I opined that the Cardinals don’t have a chance.

Obviously, five turnovers and some strange occurrences could ruin that, but my opinion is it won’t happen. I believe the Steelers defense will control the game from start to finish. The offense will pick it up a notch in the second half, which is a lot like what happened when the Steelers beat the Patriots.

Here are a few things I expect to happen:

1. Low scoring first half, maybe 6-3-ish.

2. Steelers will set up their offense to be  a little more explosive in the third quarter.

3.  The Cardinals will have a big turnover early in the third quarter … and the floodgates will go down.

4. Ben Roethlisberger will win MVP.

5. And Steelers fans will be out of control. You will have accept it. They will brag and brag. It comes with the territory.

Overall, the Cardinals, I believe, are the worst Super Bowl entry in history. The Steelers are by no means “studs” here, but they are good enough and especially tough enough to bury these guys.

The Steelers remind me of Marvin Hagler. They spend the early going feeling out the opponent. They take control midway through. And they beat the living daylights when it matters most, in the last few rounds (4th quarter).

Have a nice day. Enjoy the game.
