Pound out some cutlets, bread them and fry them (‘be sure to season your flour, because when i get my flour, it doesn’t come seasoned”), top with my homemade sauce and a combination of mozzarella, provolone and pecorino romano, then serve my wife and son a wonderful dinner of pasta and parmagiana.
