What happens when Tom Brady gets hurt?
The rest of his teammates get no respect. In the 2008 Pro Bowl, the undefeated Pats (16-0) had four starters on offense, including Brady, Randy Moss, Logan Mankins and Matt Light. And they also had two starters on defense, Mike Vrabel and Asante Samuel. Center Dan Koppen was a backup center.
At 5-3, there is not so much love as no Patriots made the list.
The New York Giants, probably the best team in the NFL (in these eyes) only put two on the list, guard Chris Snee (Tom Coughlin’s son-in-law) and defensive lineman Jason Tuck.
So they can continue playing the we-don’t-get-any-respect-card, too.
Here is the list, via Pro Football Weekly, of the Midseason Pro Bowl team.

The authority on pro football, Pro Football Weekly, is proud to announce its annual Midseason All-Pro team, which is led by first-half standouts like Drew Brees, Clinton Portis, Mario Williams and Joey Porter and includes three players from the league’s lone unbeaten team — Titans DT Albert Haynesworth, CB Cortland Finnegan and OT Michael Roos. Head coach Jeff Fisher, who has guided the Titans to a surprising 8-0 start, was selected as the league’s top coach.

Below, you will find the entire team, which was voted on by the PFW editors. The Midseason All-Pro team can be found in the current edition of Pro Football Weekly (Vol. XXIII, No. 18, issue date Nov. 9, 2008), which is now available on newsstands everywhere. Additional midseason content, including power rankings and reports on all 32 NFL teams, can be found at ProFootballWeekly.com.
