You have to go back to late in the third quarter of the Denver game for the Patriots last penalty. This is flat-out amazing, seven fall quarters plus if the Pats get to halftime.
(I don’t count the intentional delay of game the Pats took in the fourth against Denver).

Meanwhile, every third down Tony Dungy plays straight cover-2 and doesn’t pressure Cassel.
These coaches are dumb and stubborn, all at the same time, that’s the only explanation I have.
