Sox-Rays 7: Baldelli comes through!!!!!

It was probably the most important at bat Rocco Baldelli has ever had as a Ray.
With two on and no outs in the fifth inning, the score tied 1-1, the Rhode Island native ripped a single through the hole at short and third, scoring Willy Aybar (double).
Baldelli nearly hit a 3-run homer, but it went foul down the left field line by about 20 feet.

    great moment for a great man. And to think that some Rays fans were questioning why he was even selected on the post season roster.
    with the Phillies starting 2 lefties, he will be an important player in the Series.
