Sox-Rays 3: Lester has thrown 50 pitches in last two innings

After getting through the first inning throwing four pitches, Jon Lester threw 50 pitches over the second and third innings.
Ouch!
Byrd is no longer warming up, which means Lester will be there as long the Sox can make it close. If he were to give up another run or two, you could expect an early exit from him.
