Come back here later today and we’ll discuss the Manny Ramirez saga, which I’m assuming will be have some interesting turns today.
If he is traded, I’m sure his legacy will be up for debate.

The trade deadline is tomorrow.
Manny Ramirez is up for grabs.
What do you think?
I’m assuming the responses will be all over the map.
My view is the Red Sox can do nothing if they want to win a World Series in 2008.
He, unfortunately, is a key cog on offense.
Do you agree?

He was removed from the game, getting a standing ovation, and replaced with a pinch hitter.

I’m here in Portland for David Ortiz’s opener and as I write this he is receiving a standing ovation from the 7,368 fans here at Madlock Field last night.
Here is a breakdown of each at bat:
At bat 1
1. Strike (called).
2. Ball (low)
3. Foul ball (hit somebody’s nachos)
4. Ball (inside … looked like a strike)
5. Ball (low … looked even more like a strike)
6. Ball four (outside … it was legitimately a ball)
