Game 6 pregame
Jun 17th, 2008 by Bill Burt
Game 1 of this series was huge in terms of excitement.
Tonight is bigger.
Anywhere within a quarter-mile of the TD Banknorth Garden rocked. Thousands, and I mean thousands of fans wearing something green or Celtics-related are roaming the streets awaiting the start of the game.
Every bar near the Garden had a one-hour wait or more. It really feels like something special is happening tonight.
It is 35 minutes before tapoff and the confines of the Garden are still quiet. No players are currently on the floor. I guess the practice is over. It’s time to play.
If I see anything of interest before the opening tap I will chime in.
By the way, I predict a 100-80 win tonight. FYI … I’ve been wrong before.

Great sotory this morning on the ownership of the Celtics. It was very informative and pretty complete.
