Game 4 thoughts and notes

A few things on my mind heading into tonight’s game:
*Aren’t ABC, ESPN and the NBA being a tad disingenuous when they put the 8:30 p.m. time on the teasers for the NBA Finals games?
Sometimes it is noted that “coverage begins” at 8:30 p.m., but the point is they all realize 9 p.m. doesn’t look good.

Stat of the day: Ortiz average since .070

Check here every day for a interesting stat of the day.
David Ortiz may be on the bench for another couple of weeks, but his comeback after his 3-for-43 start (.070) is still worth noting.
Ortiz is batting .299 since his fateful April swoon, with 50 hits in 167 attempts with 12 HRs and 40 RBI.
