Patriots Nation can settle down now.
The Patriots and Randy Moss have agreed to a three-year extension of their controversial marriage.
After letting Moss check out his market rate today he agreed to the deal which is estimated at $25 million to $27 million.
Not all of it is guaranteed and it includes some performance bonuses, which is typical of a contract by the Krafts.

    This is excellent news.

    Wahoo! Awesome!
  • I hope to have the guarantee, which I've heard is close to $18 million, which means two years guaranteed.

What about the No. 2 receiver?
    Who will that be?
  • David
This just happened. Let this soak in first. This is big news. You will be hearing about Randy Moss for a few years now. The No. 2 wide receiver is Wes Welker.
I believe you mean the No. 2 speed guy. My guess is they will try to get Jabar Gaffney back and pay him a decent raise. I will have more on this later.
  • Gaffney and CB Jason Webster were also signed by the Patriots.
