Clemens vs. McNamee: Who is the biggest loser?

I am going to be up front. I believe Brian McNamee. I believed him before today’s bizarre hearing and nothing changed that.
I can’t believe how bad Roger Clemens is at public speaking. It’s like nails on a blackboard. He goes off on tangents I can’t relate to.
Anyway, the bottom line is Clemens isn’t changing his story. He is basically going deny everything and impugn the character of McNamee, whose rap sheet ain’t pretty.
But like that strange call to McNamee a month ago, Clemens is very confused when it comes to expressing his message.
I’m not even relying on Andy Pettitte, whose character is up there with Mr. Rodgers.
I just believe McNamee has nothing to gain by talking. He tried to hide evidence of Clemens, and in fact did, but he went for the jugular when Clemens went public with the phone call.
Here are the two stories:
Clemens says he NEVER has taken steroids or human growth hormones.
McNamee says he was a MAJOR abuser, who basically couldn’t get enough.
I’m sorry. I believe McNamee. I believe Clemens life is consumed with being The Rocket, and the only way the The Rocket could function to the acceptable level was through artificial means.
Associated Press is reporting the FBI was there, in full force, taking notes. Somebody is going to pay for lying.

    Clemens showed what being an idol should not be. Arrogance is something no one likes. He showed lot of that. Roger just will never admit his stupidity or wrongness. His being caught up with himself will eventually be his undoing and he will pay a price. I too believed McNamee.,,,and Knobloch AND Petitte.

    I believe there is a great story about Clemens to be written some day.
    He is our creation. We always wanted more from him and he always gave it.
    Guys like Mike Schimidt and Rich Gossage are on record saying they probably would have given in to pressure of taking steroids to be the best.
    It's an interesting story. I feel bad for the guy. I believe he has been fawned over so much the last 20 years, that he believes he is special beyond belief.

    Mcnamee lied initially to protect Roger. Then when he and everyone else(including rogers wife) were thrown under the bus by the "TITAN" of baseball, the truth came out. I still dont get why Roger wouldnt admit to using HGH like petitte and look like a good guy. It was Rogers doing taking it to congress. Is his ego that big?Is he that afraid of not getting to the HOF? Roger is Barrys biggest fan now! Lets move on to Sox talk. What do you have for us Bill? What is the projected batting order and starting pitching? Im loving the young stud pitching we have while the schill rehabs.
