Here are 5 quick reasons:
1. The weather has not been what we expected all week. It has been aroun 50 degrees for most of the week, colder in the mornings and nights. And today, it’s raining.
2. A bottle of imported beer here University of Phoenix Stadium costs $15. That’s not a misprint.
3. A bottle of domestic beer, that’s right Bud Light, costs $14. That’s not a misprint either.
4. Getting tickets was really, really stressful. I just saw a Haverhill couple that got decent seats for $1,500 apiece, but they lost weight worrying about it.
5. The verbal wars that I expected to be entertained by — obnoxious Patriots fans vs. obnoxious Giants — never materialized. They were well-behaved and quite boring.
