Pats-Giants pregame 2 … No Troy Brown tonight
Dec 29th, 2007 by Bill Burt
Moss, a wide receiver, isn’t playing. And a Patriot named Brady is out, too … Stop the presses!
Wait a minute, that’s Giants wide receiver Sinorice Moss, who is inactive for tonight’s game, and the Patriot is, of course, tight end Kyle Brady.
The list just came out and the only surprise is Patriots wide receiver Troy Brown, who may have played his last game for the team.
Brown is joined by wide receiver Chad Jackson, defensive back Willie Andrews, fullback Kyle Eckel, guard Stephen Neal, tackle Nick Kaczur and tight end Kyle Brady.
I saw Patriots starting tight end Ben Watson working out and he looked ready to go tonight.
As for the Giants, a slight surprise is Giants backup running back Ahmad Bradshaw is inactive. He rushed for 151 yards on 17 carries, including an 88-yard TD run again Buffalo last Sunday. Bradshaw is joined by (LB) Tank Daniels, (T) Adam Koets, (DT) Manny Wright and (TE) Jerome Collins.

The fans are starting to stroll into the stadium and they were loud in their disapproval of the Patriots as they came onto the field for pregame warmups.

Bummer about Troy.
Watson made some good plays tonight. The key to why it was as close as it was - Eli Manning, for a change, showed up to play.
