My NFL Picks — Week 12
Nov 24th, 2007 by Bill Burt
Coming off one of my better weeks (13-3) after several slumps, I feel good about this week.
My pick of the century … I mean year … is the Monday night game.
Have a nice weekend.
I’ll be at the Patriots-Eagles game on Sunday night.
I also have a story for Sunday’s E-T on Patriots GM Scott Pioli and how he deserves as much credit as Randy Moss, Tom Brady and Bill Belichick in terms of credit.
Well, here are my picks:
Week 12
Tomorrow’s games
NEW ENGLAND 49, Philadelphia 10 … Pats let up in 4th quarter
JACKSONVILLE 30, Buffalo 13 … Jags picking up the pace
CLEVELAND 35, Houston 31 … Browns will win close one
N.Y. GIANTS 27, Minnesota 24 … Might go to OT
CAROLINA 31, New Orleans 27 … Can’t figure out Saints problem
KANSAS CITY 20, Oakland 16 … Chiefs defense will win this one
Seattle 28, ST. LOUIS 27 … Could be upset here
Tennessee 31, CINCINNATI 20 … I’ve already quit on Bengals
TAMPA BAY 27, Washington 23 … Bucs tough at home
ARIZONA 31, San Francisco 20 … Pats will get No. 2 pick in draft
SAN DIEGO 31, Baltimore 17 … By default
Denver 23, CHICAGO 20 … I’ve quit on Bears, too
Monday night
PITTSBURGH 51, Miami 3 … Lock of the year
Home teams in CAPS
Last week: 13-3
Please note Thanksgiving day games not included
