National Anthem and weather report

While the game is eight hours away, it is raining (lightly).
Weather reports are three more hours of rain before most of it goes away. There will be some overcast clouds, but there will be only a 10 percent chance of rain throughout the game.

There is a rather humorous story related to tonight’s national anthem.
It will be performed by country music up-and-comer Danielle Peck, who hails from Coshocton, Ohio and whose family are big Indians fans.
There is one problem. She is an alleged former girl-friend of tonight’s Red Sox starter, Josh Beckett.
An Indians spokesman told the Cleveland Plain-Dealer that Peck was a late replacement for singer Taylor Swift, who had to cancel and they had no idea of the “love connection” between the Peck and Beckett.
“How are we supposed to know who Josh Beckett dates?” said an Indians spokesperson.
Very funny.
