I made mine in The Eagle-Tribune today. I say, as the fans chanted on the field after the Game 4 clincher in Denver, “Don’t sign A-Rod!”
A few years ago, it was different. The Red Sox, it could have been argued, needed a guy like A-Rod to get the Red Sox over the top.
In my mind, no more.
Alex Rodriguez is high maintenance. He requires special treatment. And that’s not going to work around here.

Weather update

Forget about the previous post. It couldn’t be better out, though yesterday was even clearer.

I am heading to the park in about an hour.
I will be blogging in with sights and sounds.
If you have any questions, now is the time to ask.
