okay, a tad harsh...I do apologize

...but while reading your column I saw a few glaring grammatical miscues, which I'm aware can be unintentionally bypassed

...I mean no malice, but do hope to see changes in the future, as I fully appreciate your insight to Boston sports and believe that your opinions deserve the benefit of coming off as they should, grammatics aside

If I had to distill Weight Watchers down to three core concepts, it would be these...
1. Write down everything you eat.
2. Add 20 minutes of activity to your day.
3. Drink all your water (minimum 48 oz per day).

Rob
Any tips on weight loss? Somebody told me lots of cold water keeps you away from sweets.
As for even keel, I believe this team is now comfortable with itself and feels it is as good as anybody, if not the best. Though, the weak hitting during crunch time is frustrating a lot of people.

Regarding "an even keel"...

I'm a lifetime Weight Watchers member. At the meetings they tell you "don't weigh yourself every day, or you'll go crazy with the little fluctuations. Just weigh every week."

Maybe we should take the same approach with The Sox... Just check the results and the standings once a week...

...

Yeah, whatever. I weigh myself every day, too. Sometimes twice.

I haven't checked the standings in a couple hours - are we still up 5 games?
