‘Jerk’ comment over the top

My column on ESPN’s Michael Wilbon has elicted much response, which is a good thing. Sometimes we need to discuss topics that aren’t always as easy as lousy managerial decisions or slumping shortstops.
If I could take anything back it would be calling Wilbon a “jerk.” I don’t know him. In fact, I like him on Pardon the Interruption (PTI). What he said may have been idiotic and ill-advised, but that is not a good enough reason … continued »
