Red Sox trade for catcher Michael McKenry

The Boston Red Sox today traded for catcher Michael McKenry from the Colorado Rockies in exchange for right-handed pitcher Daniel Turpen. The club designated catcher Mark Wagner for assignment to make room for McKenry on the 40-man roster.
