A report today on the Drudge Report Web site said that the secretary of state’s office has been making runs to several towns to bring extra Democratic ballots.
The report said that many New Hampshire towns, including Pelham and Nashua, were experiencing shortages due to the high turnout.
According to the secretary of state’s office, however, no towns are running out of Democratic ballots. But the office has fielded calls from several towns concerned about how many ballots they have gone through. Even if the towns were to run out of ballots, they would be able to use their absentee ballots until more of them arrived, a spokeswoman for the secretary of state’s office said.
