Details aren’t finalized, but it’s clear that Bill Richardson will spend next weekend in the Granite State.
Campaign representatives said he’ll spend next week in Iowa and arrive in New Hampshire on Friday, Dec. 14.
It’s unclear what topic he’ll address in his speech, but if it’s the environment, he’s likely to score high marks with voters who are concerned about climate change and energy policies.
Yesterday, an independent study done by leading energy expert Terry Tamminen, was released in the form of a report card.
Of all the candidates, Richardson was the only one to receive an “A.”
“Richardson is the only candidate whose greenhouse gas reduction measures are likely to exceed the reductions set forth in his plan,” the report states.
Update: Richardson’s campaign says his first stop in New Hampshire will be in Concord on Friday morning, where he will appear at an AARP candidate forum. From there, he will go on to Keene High School, before hitting up nine other towns in Western and Northern New Hampshire on his Friday and Saturday tour of the state.
