Rudy Giuliani’s campaign was crowing Wednesday about snagging political consultant Rob Gray, who quit Arizona Sen. John McCain’s team in September. Gray will be a Giuliani senior adviser. He didn’t return calls asking if his switch is just about money. Would you hire a consultant who recently worked for a competitor?
