Sen. Joseph Biden will give the keynote address at the Salem Democratic Town Committee‘s Fall Harvest Gala next week. Tickets to the event are $50 per person or $90 a couple. The evening will include cocktails, dinner and the presentation of the JFK Merit award to an outstanding local Democrat.
