Don’t know how many of you went to Salisbury Beach last weekend, for the opening of it’s current summer entertainment season. Went early on Saturday and it was pretty fab.
A stage was set up in the center, right on the beach. There sand sculptures in the center itself, looking pretty neat (see below), and there were pirates roaming the streets, delighting families.
Vendors showed up, with everything from jewelry to chowder. A mobile sports bar set up shop, complete with a Rockem Sockem table.
For free entertainment, it was pretty sweet. Though I didn’t stay for the fireworks, I hear the display was impressive.
