This just in:
Samuel Karlinski, son of Tom and Joanne Karlinski of Atkinson, N.H. has been accepted as a finalist in the Intermediate II division of the American Harp Society Competitions to be held in Salt Lake City, Utah, from June 30-July 2.
This event is held bi-annually at various sites across the U.S. Winners in the various divisions receive monetary awards and scholarships.
Sam is a student at Milton Academy, Milton, Mass., andthe New England Conservatory of Music Preparatory Division; where he is a scholarship recipient. Sam studies harp with Ina Zdorovetchi at the Conservatory and with Stephanie Curcio at her private studio in Stratham, N.H.
