Because of my “beat” I recently had the chance to interview WWE superstar John Cena. Cena grew up here in the Merrimack Valley, right in West Newbury.
I sat down with him earlier this month at the Four Seasons in Boston. Cena showed up, looking much the way he does on camera.
He was wearing a Boston Police Department T-shirt and a pair of knee-legth denim shorts.
He was a serious but mellow guy to talk to. He was very open to talking about his career, the state of wrestling and even a bit about his impending nuptuials.
