Lawrencian Jose Arias recently lent his talents to BET’s new show “Iron Ring.”
Arias scored the music for the series, which premieres Tuesday, March 18, at 11 p.m.
The show is a mixed martial arts competition featuring celebrity team owners, like Nelly and Ludacris.

Did anyone see Brian and Scott Doherty in Lowell this weekend?
I got this from their mom, Anne-Marie:
It was the best night of my life.  Words cannot describe it.  I don’t think I will come back to Earth for quite awhile.
