Methuen native and award-winning composer Christopher Lennertz and his wife, Shannon Lennertz, welcome a new addition: Neave Isabella Madden Lennertz. The baby girl was born at 12:25 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 20 at Cedar Sinai hospital in Los Angles. She weighed 7-pounds, 2 ounces and was 19 inches long.
Lennertz most recently created the score for the spoof comedy “Meet the Spartans,” opening this week. The cast includes Carmen Elektra, Diedrich Bader, Method Man, Crista Flanagan and Nicole Parker. The score was recorded in Serbia with the Belgrade Film Orchestra using a 94-piece symphony and an 80-voice mixed choir and soloist.
Prior to creating this score, Lennertz wrote the score for the live action-with-animation comedy “Alvin and the Chipmunks” and “The Perfect Holiday.”
