Name,
In case you missed my last 38 postings, I wanted to be sure you understood. The teams allowed to be ranked on Hector’s blog, by Hector, for readers of Hector are:
Amesbury, Andover, Central, Georgetown, Gr. Lawrence Tech, Haverhill, Lawrence, Londonderry, Methuen, North Andover, North Reading, Pelham, Pentucket, Pinkerton, Salem, Sanborn, Timberlane, Whittier.
Why? Because I said so.
Instead of decimating the English language and insulting my friends like Frankfromgloucester, just read the words and then comment.
It’s always better when you read first.
And by the way, unlike those of you who care to take the cowardly anonymous route, I always sign my posts. So don’t make false accusations here.
I won’t stand for it.
My apologies to all my readers for not having done it sooner. Since it’s my blog, my rules.
I will, from this moment on, eradicate any postings that I determine to be imbecilic drivel.
Name, it’s not personal, it’s just that your act has again grown old.
I thought for sure you would have made it to hoop season, but your act is more tired than Martin Short’s.
Good riddance.

Hec, I actually admire Name's enthusiasm, but his postings are a form of disjointed free association. Tonight's game is the second of three in a row for the Raiders in which they play one-man teams, at least on offense. It started last week when they held a talented Gennaro kid to 84 yds. rushing. Next week they get Laspada. Defense has kept them in tough games (SJP, Dracut) so let's see how they can contain Carroll. If they can get by tonight, and it will be a war, next week will be Central's biggest game since Bruce Brown did his Bob Hayes imitation with the opening kickoff on Thanksgiving 2001 (ouch). I'll go with Central 28-17.

JS, you are a better man then me, I guess.
Good call on the Raiders and the challenges ahead.
I think it was you who mentioned the LBs, Borrelli and Lattrell.
While Lattrell is most probably at a different level than just very good, Borrelli, Mike Amaral, Jaycob Morales and Trae Musumarra have all played darn good defensive football.
The Carroll/Bourgoin running tandem has to be a tremendous challenge. I can't understate how impressed I was with Bourgoin against Tewks. Seriously, I had no idea who the kid was, and then he starts steamrolling DBs.
One luxury the Central defense has, and it's been overlooked because of his offense, is the play of safety Andrew Ouellette in center field. He covers a lot of ground and hides a lot of mistakes with his playmaking out there, something Central hasn't really had in a while.

One other note on tonight's action, Timberlane could be in very, very tough as Derek Furey was sick in bed at 8 p.m. when I tried to track him down for a quick interview.
His status is yet to be determined against Alvirne, in a game where the winner advances to the playoffs and the loser is done.

The Central front has done a commendable job as well. They are setting up for the backers. Quite a few forced fumbles from this group.
Just a guess, but close to 10 picks on the season from the secondary. Thank the linebackers here for setting up the secondary
Just teamwork from this very good defensive squad!
Look for CC to hold down the Methuen offense
    Central 24 Methuen 7

Each week, I would regret logging onto your blog each week because I would be required to navigate through NAME's submissions. Thanks for finally requiring the bloogers can spell and observe basic grammar to post.

And, I agree entirely. Your blog, your rules.
