Clearly, the ripple effect of this morning’s Middlesex League expansion vote, which is bringing Arlington and Wilmington on board, will be felt in North Andover. The Scarlet Knights had recently petitioned to join the Middlesex. Wilmington leaving the Cape Ann League severely weakens the competition in the CAL. More to come later.
