At the half, it’s Manchester Central 26, Salem 20.

The Blue Devils actually trailed 24-12 with about three and a half minutes to go in the second quarter. They woke up though, closing out the half on an 8-2 run that was capped by a Kevin Sledge layup at the buzzer.

As my colleague Dave Dyer points out, Salem coach E.J. Perry can’t be happy with his team’s 13 turnovers.

The Little Green shot 7 of 16 in the second quarter, with Will Bayliss (15 points) leading the way.

Mike Kimball leads the Blue Devils with nine points. Josh Jones has been held scoreless (0 for 3) so far.

Be back in a bit.
