Brian Scalabrine says he’ll be out for a week 10 days with a concussion.
“I’m not really concerned,” he said. “I’m really not concerned. As athletes, we always just think we’ll just bounce back and nothing will happen again.
“My wife says she was concerned about my intelligence level though.”
Tony Allen will likely see some action for the first time in a few weeks, coach Doc Rivers said.
Rivers also spoke briefly about the All-Star game, hinting that he’s pulling for Rajon Rondo.
“It’d be nice if four guys made it,” Doc said.
He also admitted to lobbying for his guys, although he said that if an opposing coach calls or texts him on behalf of their guys, it’s usually cordial until the conversation ends. Then, it’s “Get the (bleep) out of here,” Rivers joked.
