Or maybe he’s just not that excited for what he’s about to face. The once-struggling C’s are on a seven-game win streak.
“They’re certainly back now,” Mavs coach Rick Carlisle said.
Not much going on here. Boston’s locker room was quiet. Doc Rivers said he’s not sure when Tony Allen’s returning from his injury.
Both Rivers and Carlisle said they didn’t seem to mind the early game. Carlisle, a former Celtic, vividly remembers Boston’s championship-clinching Game 6 victory over the Rockets. That was an afternoon game. Don’t think that’d ever happen today.
