Checked into the game at about 7:50 in the second quarter. Doc Rivers had been talking about using him with Tony Allen out. Pruitt is intriguing, especially with Sam Cassell becoming a coach in training. Can you imagine refereeing a game with Cassell as one of the coaches?

Boston is clinging to a 35-34 lead midway through the second quarter. The Trailblazers are shooting 51.9 percent, which to KG and company, is probably pretty disconcerting.
