Paul Pierce has once again been the story for Boston. He has 23 points on 5 for 9 shooting and 10 for 11 from the line. Watching Mo Evans try to guard him is an exercise in futility. Evans fouled him while fighting for position at 2:22 in the third quarter and shook his head.
Sure Pierce isn’t smooth like Kobe, but he plays like Earl Campbell on the basketball court. Big and deceptively quick.
