Seriously, Pierce was the most interesting to watch pick up his ring. He looked like he was in a haze, sorta overwhelmed by the moment.
David Stern looked like he whispered sweet nothings in the ears of both Kevin Garnett and Pierce.
The 2008 championship banner went up to a roar, with Ray Allen taking the lead on pulling the cord. The Patriots started a trend with U2′s Beautiful Day. It was playing as the banner inched toward the rafters.
