LeBron James is the NBA’s version of the tumbler Bat Mobile from the movie (NOTE: A friend just pointed out that Boobie Gibson has the Batman logo shaved into his head). Scary big and scary fast. He has 10 points and four assists at the break. He also threw down a NASTY alley-oop dunk (from Delonte West) late in the second quarter.
As expected, the Cavs are holding their own. Boston is 0 for 9 from 3-point land. They make a couple of those, it’s a different story. Paul Pierce leads the team with 14 points on 6 of 10 from the floor.
Boston wasn’t atrocious, but they weren’t exactly lighting the nets on fire, shooting 40.5 percent. Cleveland’s at 46.9. The Big Z, Zydrunas Ilgauskas, has nine points and four rebounds.
