The second trial in the vehicular homicide case against Marie Pigaga has ended in a hung jury. One juror releases a written statement after the trial. Also, several legislators ban together to oppose a proposed $2 toll on Interstate 93 and in Lawrence, a former School Committee member is fined $2,000 for voting to approve creating a position the Ethics Commission says she knew her brother would get.
