Marie Pigaga, on trial for vehicular homicide.

Marie Pigaga, on trial for vehicular homicide.

In June 2007, Marie Pigaga’s car struck and killed a mom drying off her car while her 12-year-old daughter watched. This week, Behind the headlines talks with Eagle-Tribune reporter Paul Tennant who has been covering the trial.

Why hasn't anyone came up with suggestion that “Marie Pigaga” was asleep at the wheel. Wasn't she just coming off a 5 hour trip from New Jersey. Didn't the neighbors say she was a reckless driver. She was also busted for driving with a suspended license prior to this accident. 2 and 1/2 years for homicide. If you want to kill someone that is obviously the way to do it.

5 hour trip after working double shifts all weeks, does anybody know that? she falls asleep at work all the time. just check her work records, just got fired for patient abuse what kind of charges will she face for those? she's a criminal with sociopathic tendencies. She feels she was the victim. perhaps if the wall at Haffners was high enough it would have stoippoed her from becoming a projectile. so maybe now she'll seek to blame Haffners?

Don't give her any ideas LOL But knowing her type she will try to hold Haffners liable for something.
