Low-priced condos drawing interest

Our story on the affordable condos at Federal Heights has already generated three phone calls today asking for applications, according to the Housing Resource Group, the company handling the application process.

well it’s a little late now. We moved 900 miles away in 2006 because the prices are just too high. Beverly will always be my home but unfortunately lots of families are leaving because they are tired of apartment living. We did it for ten years! Our mortgage costs LESS than our apartment did and we have a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house on a small farm with 3 acres, a pond, and orchard in the mountains. It is beautiful, and cost just over 100K! My husband is now making more here as an electrician than he was back on the North Shore. Relocation isn’t easy but I would recommend it to anyone who is tired of the way overpriced apartments, condos and homes!
