Good turnouts at ArtsFest, Solar Day

ArtsFest (above) and the Solar Field Day both had good turnouts on Saturday, according to organizers. Beverly Main Streets director Gin Wallace said she didn’t know how many people attended ArtsFest, “but everybody I asked said they felt we had more people than last year.”
Meanwhile, about 300 people attended the field day events at Greenergy Park, the solar field next to the high school. Fred Hopps said organizers plan to coordinate with ArtsFest next year so the two events don’t compete with each other.
