		<description>when are they going to run the city as a busniess should be organized???i just came from the tampa area and they have the same type of problem..and they are increasing all city employees health insurance premiums, teachers are taking a 3% pay cut and they are laying off all types of city employes!!!!you must stay within your income which in a city is mainly taxes</description>

		<description>I have been fighting for the schools for too long. The override is just another band aid. If people want to fix the problem they have to unite as communities against the state mandates and demand promised funding that was supposed to happen with the mandates. Otherwise the mandates must go. Teachers need to accept state insurance plans and realize everyone is cutting back. Hey, the superintendent needs to share space with the mayor and share secretaries just as they ask every year the kids of Beverly to do...cram in and share. Saying all that..I still don't know how I will vote.</description>
